Fan zine for the Genshin Impact community, centered on Tartaglia. I ran the operations end to end.
The work
“Ran the operations” means: finance, marketing, vendor sourcing, production coordination, shipping logistics, and keeping 10–20 remote contributors on schedule across a six-month window.
